We are celebrating!!…10 years of trading from our current site and 20 years of making furniture. ‘Then and Now’ will take you through the journey that has taken me from being a specialist supplier of antique English country chairs to the antiques trade to new furniture designer / producer, serving the end client…YOU??

Exhibition opens at 4.00pm Sat Sept 11th

I founded The Real Wood Furniture Company in 1990 after many years working in the antiques trade. It was during this period of handling literally thousands of antique chairs and being immersed in a world of antique furniture that I built up a sense of form, proportion, style, finish etc which unbeknownst to me was preparing me for the future… (more…)
